Become
Harder. To
Kill.

Build a stronger body, a calmer mind, and a more capable life in six months.
The Harder To Kill Protocol is a complete physical, mental, and tactical transformation system for men who refuse to become weak, soft, or unprepared.
“Your family does not need a perfect man. They need a capable one.”
Weakness
becomes
a liability.
Most men do not collapse in a single moment. They erode quietly — one shortcut at a time, one excuse after another — until life applies the pressure they have spent a decade avoiding.
Comfort has become your default. Pressure has become foreign.
Your discipline is selective. Your follow-through is unreliable.
You absorb stress instead of metabolising it.
Your body has softened. Your reflexes have dulled.
Modern life rewards passivity. Crisis does not.
When pressure finally arrives, weak foundations collapse.
Seven pillars.
One operator.
The protocol does not train one dimension. It trains a man — across body, mind, instinct, and command.
Strength
Build a body that protects, carries, and endures under load.
Conditioning
Train cardiovascular capacity that holds when the moment demands it.
Situational Awareness
Read environments and people before situations escalate.
Emotional Control
Regulate fear, anger, and impulse under real pressure.
Discipline
Show up daily — when motivation fails, structure does not.
Leadership
Become the man your family, team, and community can rely on.
Anti-Fragility
Grow stronger from stressors instead of being damaged by them.
Train the
composure
before the chaos.
Stoicism. Fear management. Emotional control. Pressure adaptation. Discipline. Resilience. The mind is a weapon — sharpened daily, or rusted by neglect.
“Panic is trained. So is control.”
“Weak men avoid pressure. Strong men train for it.”
“You do not rise to the occasion. You fall to your level of training.”
who does not flinch.
Awareness is
the weapon
most men ignore.
Not a self-defence course. A decision-making framework — built on awareness, positioning, de-escalation, and calm action when calm action is required.
Detect
Read rooms, energies, and exits before something happens.
Disrupt
Break the pattern early. Calm voice, decisive movement.
Defend
Position your family. Protect space without escalating.
Dominate
If the moment demands it, end it — controlled and final.
Small actions,
compounded.
This protocol fits into your life. It does not consume it. Three to seven minutes here. Sixty seconds there. Daily reps that quietly forge a different man.
One man.
Six months.
A different operator.
Foundation
Reset the body. Install structure. Re-learn discipline.
Discipline
Habits become non-negotiable. Standards harden.
Resilience
Pressure becomes familiar. Recovery becomes a skill.
Pressure
Stress is loaded under control. Composure is trained.
Capability
Strength, awareness, and conditioning converge.
Leadership
You become the man your family relies on under fire.
Real men.
Real receipts.

The Harder To Kill Protocol™ does not produce filtered shoots — it produces men. The work is done in private. The result speaks in public.
Quiet men.
Loud transformations.
Six months in I am physically harder, mentally quieter, and dangerously dependable. My wife noticed first. My team noticed second. I noticed last — because the change was happening from the inside out.
I had not trained with intent in fifteen years. The protocol did not just give me a body back — it gave me a standard back. I do not negotiate with myself in the mornings any more.
Awareness work alone has changed how I move through the world. I read rooms differently. I move slower. I speak less. I am calmer when my kids are scared, and that is the whole point.
The full
arsenal.

The HTK Protocol is not a random fitness plan you buy and forget about.
This is a coached programme for men who are ready to train properly, follow structure, be honest in check-ins, and take responsibility for their progress.
Because of that, the first step is an application.
Fill in the form below honestly. If it looks like we can help, the next steps will be explained.

Maclean
Quiet authority.
Earned, not claimed.

Sharp questions.
Direct answers.
You start by completing the application form. The programme is not a direct checkout product. Your application is reviewed first to make sure the HTK Protocol is suitable for your goals, current level, and situation.
No. The website is now application-based. If your application looks suitable, the next steps will be explained after review.
Because this is a coached programme, not a random download. We need to understand your goals, training history, current level, injuries, lifestyle, and what you actually need before deciding whether the programme is suitable.
After you submit your application, your answers will be reviewed. If it looks like the programme can help you, you will be given the next steps.
No. This is not for everyone. The programme is for men who are ready to train properly, follow structure, complete check-ins, and take responsibility for their progress.
Most men complete the daily training in 45–60 minutes, plus short Micro Drills (3–7 minutes) seeded throughout the day. The system is engineered to fit operators, fathers, and business owners — not consume them.
Both work. The protocol is delivered with a full gym track, a minimal-equipment track, and a bodyweight-only contingency track. You will not be held up by equipment.
Yes. The programme is designed with progressive loading, mobility prerequisites, and recovery integration. We coach men in their 30s, 40s, and 50s every week, many returning from injury.
No. The Response Framework™ trains awareness, positioning, de-escalation, and calm decision-making. Tactical capability is the byproduct of composure — not the centrepiece.
Missed weeks are normal. The protocol is built around return-to-rhythm protocols, not perfection. Discipline is recovery, not flawless streaks.
The world is
not getting
softer.
In six months you can remain exactly where you are now — weaker, slower, less disciplined, and less capable.
Or you can become harder to break.
